📜 Honoring Our Italian Heritage – 175 Years!
We’re excited to share an inspiring event hosted by the Church History Department and FamilySearch Library—a celebration of the opening of the First Italian Mission (1850–1867). This special evening will honor the faith, courage, and legacy of early Italian pioneers, including our own ancestor, John Daniel Malan.
His story will be spotlighted during the program by his 4th great-granddaughter, Emma Stokes, making this an unforgettable tribute to our family history.

- Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM for exhibits; program begins at 7:00 PM
- Location: Bountiful Regional Center – 835 North 400 East, North Salt Lake, UT

- Spotlights on Waldensian families presented by their descendants
- Special music by Sam Cardon
- Exhibit viewing from 6:00–7:00 PM
