Discover your roots and deepen family connections with us at the Ogden FamilySearch Center! This interactive evening is perfect for all ages—whether you’re a seasoned researcher or brand new to family history.
We’ll begin with a short, beginner-friendly class on using FamilySearch tools and features put on by Bryan Austad, a Director at FamilySearch. Afterward, enjoy time to mingle, explore your family tree, and tour the center’s hands-on exhibits. We’ll also take a few minutes to share how Church members can assist with temple ordinances for our deceased relatives—while keeping the overall event inviting and accessible for everyone.
Event Schedule:
🕕 6:00–6:15 PM – Arrival, visiting, and transition to upstairs classroom
🧑🏫 6:15–7:00 PM – FamilySearch Overview & Workshop. Guest speaker: Bryan Austad
👣 7:00–8:00 PM – Explore, mingle, and tour the interactive exhibits
